Yes. Both messaging systems are hosted solutions. This means we maintain and host all of the databases and programs in our secure data center with 24 by 7 engineering and support. You have no technical worries.
Do I have to have any special equipment or software?
No. You only need a computer with internet access. All messages are sent via your customized interface at www.VadoMedia.com/my school or church name here.
How do parents, students, staff, or church members sign up?
All potential subscribers may sign up by visiting your school or church’s portal at VadoMedia.com. They may also enter through a link on your church or school’s web site.
How do subscribers stop receiving text messages?
All VadoMedia products are FCC "CAN-SPAM" compliant. Any subscriber who wishes to unsubscribe may do so at your school or church’s portal at VadoMedia.com"

Yes. Both applications can be customized to include as many message groups as the administrator would like.

Are there any extra charges from wireless carriers to receive text messages?
This depends on your individual pricing plan. In some cases, subscribers receive text messages as part of their mobile service plan. Most text message plans are available for a nominal fee. Please check with your mobile service provider to find out if there are any fees associated with receiving text messages on your mobile phone or pda.
